This bead is just gorgeous . It is classic turquoise color ( at least it is what I think of as classic - blue green but a bit more to the green than blue ) . It has been stabilized and I am not sure about where it was mined . The matrix is reddish brown . It is drilled at the top front to back and measures 55mm x 35mm and is 11mm thick.
