Seems to me the crab fire agate has been evolving - this is a more recent purchase and I think it is stunning . It is lighter in color - it is semi-translucent and is white with an apricot color and a bit of pale pink . I think it looks like baby dragon skin - looks so soft with little sort of scale shapes .When you hold it to the light it seems to glow from within . It is lengthwise through the bead and measures 30mm x 17mm .
