I am pretty excited about this stone - it reminds me of pietersite without the flash - just gorgeous , rich colors and beautiful patterns . This bead has shades of brown , green , cream and and very dark red with a tiny bit of purple . It is a bit rustic - just part of the stone but thought I'd mention it . I thought this was Rainbow Jasper for a while but now realize it is really Green African Opal ( learn something new every day ) .It is just beautiful . It is drilled from corner to corner and measures 35mm x 35mm ( square it is 30mm x 30mm ) and is 9mm thick .
