This is a new stone for me - it was love at first sight ( I am a green bead kind of gal ) . It is semi transparent with green stripes in shades of green - think it does look a bit like seaweed . It is highly polished and just beautiful . I think this stone is also called "sage chalcedony" . This bead is drilled lengthwise through the bead and measures 35mm x 25mm and is 7mm thick .
